600M Race Course
Segment 1
Running
Two athletes compete simultaneously on the course. They start from identical, fully symmetrical lanes located on opposite sides of the same end of the track.
Each athlete runs in a 3-meter-wide and 100-meter-long lane, running back and forth around a turning cone for a total distance of 200 meters.
Segment 2
Power Track
The second section includes strength elements. The total length of the power track is 200 meters.
Triceps Bar Segment (Entry): 4-meter long overhead clearance.
Kettlebell Carry Segment 1 (45m): Farmer’s carry, 2 Kettlebells.
Bag Carry (90m): Gorilla Bag Carry with elevation over two consecutive platforms (45cm & 60cm high)
Kettlebell Carry Segment 2 (45m): Carry the initial 2 kettlebells back to the starting line.
SkiErg 200m Challenge: Complete your category’s designated distance.
Triceps Bar (Exit): Leave the strength track via the 4-meter bar.
Segment 3
Skill Track
A technical 200-meter corridor testing grip, agility, and upper-body precision. Max 2 attempts per OCR Obstacle. On failure, runners must loop back outside lanes to restart the OCR obstacle.
OCR Obstacles:
Monkey Bars – OCR rig 3 x 4m – 8 x Monkey Bar grips
Icarus Wheels – OCR rig 3 x 4m – 4 x Icarus Spinner grips
Low Wall Climb – crawling segment, 3m
Olympic Rings – OCR rig 3 x 4m – 4 x Ring grips
One Grip Rig – 1m upward incline at 45° (double-handed grips), 1m downward decline at 45° (double-handed grips), 2m horizontal straight section (alternating hand grips).

three distinct sequential tracks:
Running Track
Measured distances for endurance and speed.
Power Track
Strength-based functional challenges, including carries, lifts, or pulls.
Skill Track
Technical obstacle challenges requiring balance, precision, and grip strength.
Ocrathlon uniquely combines the explosive physical demands of strength-fitness competitions
with the technical spectacle of obstacle course running, providing
a professional and globally standardized sport framework.
World OCR Athlete Licensing
The World OCR Athlete License represents official recognition and certification for athletes within the world of Obstacle Course Running (OCR) and OCRATHLON. It signifies that an athlete meets the necessary standards set by the governing body, World OCR Federation, to compete in sanctioned events and be part of the global OCR and OCRATHLON community and rankings.
Our Gift for you is that every competitor who registers in the Elite or Age Group categories at OCRATHLON World Cup in Hungary will receive a World OCR Athlete License for 2026, valued at 30 CHF (approx. 32 EUR).
